With the Service Industry challenges in Washington State, we thoughtfully came up with a 5% service fee added to every ticket. Brassfields retains that percentage, and redistributes to each employee in the form of benefits.

Our goal is to have a team of professionals who have made the Service Industry their career, so they can support their families, be homeowners, and active members in our community.
